ALC’s experience in financial and strategic consulting has enabled it to develop unique business models and structuring. The financial structuring of the Road Maintenance Fund (Fonds d’Entretien Routier – FER) in Côte d’Ivoire, a model extended to all West African countries, is a perfect illustration.
