Managing Director of the ALC Group
After obtaining his MBA (Finance), Serge Tidiane DIOP, an Ivoirian investment banker, started his career at the Bureau National d’Etudes Techniques et de Développement (BNETD), an institution that advises the Ivorian government on analysing and promoting private investments. He was then seconded to the Ministry of Trade as a Technical Advisor in charge of ACP (African, Caribbean and Pacific Group) agreements and restructuring the agricultural sectors Between 1999 and 2006, he was a Senior Accounts Manager at the Africa Investment Bank (AMB), the investment banking department of the Banque Belgolaise in Paris and Abidjan. Mr DIOP has been involved in structured finance transactions and consultancy in various sectors (agribusiness, energy, mining, etc.). In March 2006, he founded the Africa Link Capital (ALC) investment bank. His diverse experience enables him to provide Consulting services (financial restructuring, investment projects), as well as structured finance and syndicated loans.
Between September 2014 and December 2017, Serge DIOP set up the newest member of the ALC GROUP, Africa Link Capital Titrisation, a company for managing Special Purpose Vehicles, prior to resuming his functions in the Group.
Managing Director of ALC Titrisation
Olivier GUI holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques from the Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny in Cocody in Côte d’Ivoire. He has over 13 years of experience in investment banking including, structuring and executing capital markets, structured finance and project transactions, as well as various financial and strategic consultancy missions in several African countries.
Olivier started his career in 2007 at the ALC Group’s investment bank where he worked as a Financial Analyst. He has risen through the ranks and was appointed Head of Operations in 2014. In this role, Olivier was responsible for carrying out project finance and corporate finance transactions in several sectors, such as energy, oil and gas, real estate, agribusiness, transport and logistics, and financial services.
Since December 2018, he has been the Managing Director of ALC Titrisation, a company in the Africa Link Capital family (ALC Group) authorised to manage Special Purpose Vehicles by the local regulator, the Conseil Régional de l’Epargne Publique and the Marchés Financiers (CREPMF). In this role, Olivier is responsible for creating and carrying out debt securitisation transactions, as well as promoting the use of securitisation as an effective financial instrument in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).

Jean-Christian KOUDOU holds an MBA in Finance and International Trade from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (USA), and a Master’s degree in Economy and Business Management from the Université de Nantes (France). He has over 15 years’ professional experience in investment banking (structuring and executing capital markets), structured finance and project transactions, as well as various financial and strategic advisory assignments in several African countries.
Jean-Christian started his career in 2006 at the ECOBANK Group’s EDC Investment Corporation. He then headed the department for Financial Engineering and Consultancy at Phoenix Capital Management, a management and intermediation company, before joining the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIMBANK) where he was responsible for the export development and financing until 2019. Jean-Christian also has international experience gained from working in Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt and Nigeria.
Since February 2020, he has been a member of the ALC Group where he is the Managing Director of the investment bank.
